  Next step after you purchase your Bridal Fitness Package-

  1) Go to the enrollment tab and fill out [only] the enrollment form and liability release box (not the nutrition form). Your complete program will be emailed to you immediately once the form is received. Please check spam folder.

  2) Please note your tank size in the “how can I help” comment section on the enrollment. If your tank needs to be mailed to an address other than the billing address used for your plan’s purchase, please note that in the “how can I help” comment section as well.

  Tank tops are mailed out in the same week.
